CANCELLATION POLICY
We strongly advise all our guests to purchase travel/cancellation insurance.
Unpredictably of travel/life can force anybody to change their plans, so we strongly recommend that all of our visitors take out Insurance Protection against Medical emergencies, Trip Cancellation and Other Expenses which should include an adequate degree of Personal and Public Liability.
Cancellation Policy.
Your booking is considered as fully confirmed once we have received your 50% deposit.
Should you then wish to cancel the booking, we must receive a confirmed delivery email.
If possible we will try to reschedule your stay. If alternative dates are not available/suitable, the following terms for refunds will apply:

There will be no refunds for non arrivals, or part reductions for late arrivals, or early departures.
